1. Controlling several kits at once is nice but the seem to have delays between them so when you change colors they don't change at the same time.. Pulse, works them on and off at the same time but different colors.. And if I leave them all on white when driving they will just change randomly to a different color with nothing going on.. Haven't tried using them with my music playing from the phone but I'm afraid that that will cause more issues... Opt7 needs to work on appNeeds basic fixes The lights don't want to accept they are off.

2. I've been forced to use this app for about 18 months and it works but it doesn't say connected to my phone! Let's say the I connect and turn the lights on, by default they start pink, so I change it.

3. 2 minutes later I need to turn them off, well I have to reconnect first and of course the color goes back to the default pink! I had $30 ebay light that would stay connected and remember my color! Worst part is, you can only use the opt7 app.

4. great concept but at the moment doesnt seem to work with other bluetooth apps running or something.

5. I've been messing with it for 3 hours now and had to disconnect power completely to make sure my car will start in the morning.I give this app 1 star because it will work on my Samsung tablet.

6. Works great now!!!Giving a 3 star for the aggrivation and need better tech supportsame thing as other user.

7. Every time I turn the lights off with the app they turn back on within 30 seconds.

8. When you re-open the app, evrything resets to app default AND gets applied but if you never reopen the app, your settings remain even when you turn off your vehicle and back on.

9. OPT7 even sent me a new controller and it still would not work properly.

10. I messaged opt7 about it and they had me do some things and it still didn't work.

11. Also I could not get door assist to work after plugging into fuse box, I'm sure it's something I have missed, but worth noting.

1. Fix OPT7 AURA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OPT7 AURA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OPT7 AURA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OPT7 AURA" » Open OPT7 AURA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OPT7 AURA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OPT7 AURA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OPT7 AURA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OPT7 AURA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OPT7 AURA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OPT7 AURA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OPT7 AURA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OPT7 AURA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OPT7 AURA not working

2. Fix OPT7 AURA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OPT7 AURA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OPT7 AURA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OPT7 AURA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
