Thanks 🙏This app files are not showing anything and there are pop up notification that there is no access to the internet but the connection is great and there is no problem running other applications with internet , please solve this issue I have cross checked it on different devices by downloading through other sources alsoIt used to be a great App but since the past year and a half, it only works consistently for Guru Granth Sahib.

2. Please fix.Application files are unable to download as it's showing please check your internet connection ..I have tried with data pack and wifi but the same error continues and I am unable to install the app filesApp is great and easy to use but, lately the ang is not visible after the search.

3. I managed to export .bkm files from my old Samsung phone to SD card but not able to import them on to this app on my new OPPO phone.When I try to import , it crashes.

4. Great app.The Gurbani Nirvaan app is great, however it seems since the last update the import and export function for bookmarks is no longer working.

1. Fix Gurbani Nirvaan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gurbani Nirvaan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gurbani Nirvaan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gurbani Nirvaan" » Open Gurbani Nirvaan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gurbani Nirvaan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gurbani Nirvaan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gurbani Nirvaan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gurbani Nirvaan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gurbani Nirvaan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gurbani Nirvaan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gurbani Nirvaan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gurbani Nirvaan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gurbani Nirvaan not working

2. Fix Gurbani Nirvaan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gurbani Nirvaan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gurbani Nirvaan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gurbani Nirvaan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
