1. But not with this .. NIGHT MODE BUTTON?? ON THE SUB MENU! 2. Biggest issue, is that when you stop the app doesn't switch automatically into on-duty or off-duty! It continues to record as you're driving, even when you don't! Most apps switch off driving mode automatically after 5 minutes of not driving!Right after update 09/29, app crashes every time i try to certify records, can't log out unless I certify records.

3. So you have to get out off app, open google maps, find your location, open the app again, manually enter the state and city...etc Trailer licence always has to be manually entered tooApp offers no help or instructions, which is a law violation according to inspection officers.

4. App doesn't have easy Adverse Conditions switch, requires you to stop to make status change where there's often no place to stop.

5. Often having to enter state and city locations before the app will allow status change is cumbersome and potentially dangerous in emergency.

6. App needs always help with state and city location when changing status.

7. Safe driving, fellow truckers!This programm was developed by the person who have never been on the truck, driving for 11 hours 6 days a week.

8. Lately since update that my company made me do, the damn thing crashes almost every morning and to fix it I have to Uninstall then re-download.

9. After recent update started glitching badly: interface was messed up, the app was shutting down.

10. The app should update location and programming without required user input.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TrackEnsure ELD Issues

1. Fix TrackEnsure ELD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TrackEnsure ELD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TrackEnsure ELD App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrackEnsure ELD" » Open TrackEnsure ELD » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrackEnsure ELD » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TrackEnsure ELD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrackEnsure ELD servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrackEnsure ELD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TrackEnsure ELD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrackEnsure ELD might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TrackEnsure ELD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrackEnsure ELD then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrackEnsure ELD not working


2. Fix TrackEnsure ELD Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrackEnsure ELD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrackEnsure ELD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrackEnsure ELD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
