The overall business needs to be improved does not pay by the mile.So far the experience of even attempting to the get this app started has been in a consistent battle to even attempt to get past Step 1 stop sign up I do not recommend using this app due to all of the issues that have been accompanied by attempting to sign up and start usingHad it installed for a little while and didn't get any kind of response or any offers I get that it may take a while for advertisers campaigns this app did nothing for me except for collect my driving data don't know if it works or not because nothing has ever came upI love this app and love doing campaigns!! Hopefully the app works better now that there wasn't update!!!The only thing this is good for is killing your battery with constant background usage.

2. Simple enough but needs better communication to users.I have been driving for Carvertise for 4 months.I have never had any issues with the app.

1. Fix Carvertise Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Carvertise: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Carvertise App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Carvertise" » Open Carvertise » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Carvertise » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Carvertise app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Carvertise servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Carvertise" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Carvertise app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Carvertise might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Carvertise. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Carvertise then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Carvertise not working

2. Fix Carvertise Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Carvertise be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Carvertise not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Carvertise may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
