1. It will not work on my phone but works fine on an old device of mine but sorry this is just not good enough.It connects to Sonix on the phones wifi, but I have to turn off mobile data to get the picture on the app screen.

I can’t connect to the camera with my phone
The camera turns on but no image appears as well as the fact that it doesn’t pop up a Sonix internet anymore. I’ve deleted the app per instructions and restarted and still same problem.
I cannot connect my iPhone to the Rydale Icam WiFi displayed, it is stating no network comnection. Is this a know error?
