Don't expect anything but the basics for people who don't know jack about mechanics, if you want an advanced auto troubleshooting app this ain't it...for the average joe without any out of the ordinary issues it works good I'm sure.This app is seriously amazing if you got time to do the labour.I couldnt believe what i had stumbled into.Lots of people will download this application cause it brilliant keep it coming im writing to whoever has invented this new age type of application.A trend it will be and then more then a trend and here to stay.Well i never who wouldve though.This car diagnostics application is simply an amazing idea.Like opening pandoras book what next.Would be great if it had cars from different parts of the world.

1. Fix CarDiag Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CarDiag: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CarDiag App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CarDiag" » Open CarDiag : Car Diagnostic OBD2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CarDiag » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CarDiag : Car Diagnostic OBD2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CarDiag servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CarDiag : Car Diagnostic OBD2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CarDiag app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CarDiag might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CarDiag. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CarDiag then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CarDiag not working

2. Fix CarDiag Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CarDiag be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CarDiag not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CarDiag may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
