1. Using a tablet as main screen but no way to add a printer it just wont detect the network printer.Only works on two resolutions...wont connect...constantly asks for ip....useless app... guess ill keep hitting my head trying to see maun screen....junkCompletely useless as I cannot read the screen due to zoom issues... won't connect as primary screen at all... brand new Samsung s6 tablet 10.4 inch screenDoes not work.

2. Would love to be able to get it work so I can use my tablet as a screen while adjusting rear of vehicle.piece of junk , on secondary mode ,not able to adjust screen size on my phone , always zoom in and can't move on.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyAligner Issues

1. Fix MyAligner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyAligner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyAligner App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyAligner" » Open MyAligner » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyAligner » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyAligner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyAligner servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyAligner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyAligner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyAligner might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyAligner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyAligner then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyAligner not working


2. Fix MyAligner Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyAligner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyAligner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyAligner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
