1. I've tried different tools and it still doesn't work.Nice program, but what a waste of time, because you can't save your design WITHOUT BUYING THE PRO VERSION!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING!!!! Update 2-3-2023.

2. Clicking on Blank Design will bring you to a grid, however using the tools seems to be a guessing game as nothing I tried was able to provide me with so much as a single stitch.

3. A proper tutorial on how to use the app would be nice, complete with photos and examplesThe functions are okay, but of you were to create your own design from scratch, it is very inefficient and not user friendly.

4. There is a learning curve! I wouldn't recommend this for those who aren't very tech savvy; I feel like it was easy for me to play around with to figure things out (and I loved it), but it might frustrate a lot of other people, and I wouldn't blame them.

5. I was having issues getting symbols to appear but it turns out there is another options menu if you swipe right on the right edge of your images! I'm really excited to get back into cross stitching.I am having a ball with this!! Editing works well.

1. Fix CrossStitch Editor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CrossStitch Editor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CrossStitch Editor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CrossStitch Editor" » Open CrossStitch Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CrossStitch Editor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CrossStitch Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CrossStitch Editor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CrossStitch Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CrossStitch Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CrossStitch Editor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CrossStitch Editor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CrossStitch Editor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CrossStitch Editor not working

2. Fix CrossStitch Editor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CrossStitch Editor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CrossStitch Editor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CrossStitch Editor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
