1. It should be this difficult to cancel a subscription service.I really like scent bird and have been using it for almost two years at this point.
2. I love the products and just about everything scentbird has to offer, HOWEVER, I will warn those who are trying this subscription that you have to go to customer service in order to cancel your subscription.
3. I skipped my second shipment (every two months frequency) and now my second order has been a complete hassle.
4. The service is otherwise great, but requiring two emails to cancel is egregious.Used to love it! It was great you would pay a flat rate to try new products.
5. Now when you add it to your que your paying for the subscription and the product not really ideal if you don't like it... The way it was, was much better I was willing to spend more money on things I at least KNEW I loved or liked... I and this puzzle thing that pops up every 5 seconds.
6. I couldnt skip another month, so I contacted customer support 5 days before my next payment would have been due.
7. Also was under the impression I would be able to cancel my account easily on my own, but the cancel subscription link on the app DOESN'T WORK.
8. It's now been a month since they charged me and the shipping date just keeps extending with the notification that it's awaiting pickup.
9. Please fix this.The app is easy to use overall, HOWEVER, I have been getting MULTIPLE CONSTANT verifications: the slide puzzle piece to prove I'm not a robot.
10. Contacting customer support via email has been awful.
11. However, they require you to email them them twice to cancel a subscription.
Cancel my subscription with you as soon as possible. Thank You
