Why should I report an Issue with RyderGyde?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Ryder System, Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The process of submitting fuel receipts is simple and straightforward but is incredibly slow.It shows fuel prices everywhere EXCEPT Ryder shops.

2. Useless waste of time.As a driver of a Ryder unit, paper DVCIR booklets are no longer used at my local shop or other shops.

3. Upon downloading the app over multiple attempts, it fails to launch, and my phone displays a message that the ap has a bug.Worked fine until the recent update.

4. doesn't automatically display locations when I move the map to a location other than my current location.

5. Details dont display business hours if location is closed for the day.

6. App would be faster if it didn't load the map and show fuel locations as the home screen.

7. WHY? Every other app in the world shows your location.

8. Makes no sense.Useless. You go through a whole process to initiate a service and then there is no way to enter all of it.

9. I uninstalled 5 minutes after installing.I tried checking in multiple times.

10. I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra, so I dont think it's a computing power issue.

1. Fix RyderGyde Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RyderGyde: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RyderGyde App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RyderGyde" » Open RyderGyde » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RyderGyde » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RyderGyde app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RyderGyde servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RyderGyde" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RyderGyde app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RyderGyde might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RyderGyde. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RyderGyde then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RyderGyde not working

2. Fix RyderGyde Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RyderGyde be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RyderGyde not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RyderGyde may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
