I could go on and on but you get the picture.Keeps crashing very slow at loading freezing don't log in sometimes have too keep restarting app don't update on the fly need to close app and reopen app everything about this app is not efficient, all the time I have to wait for the app which sometimes take 20min to work I can be doing something else to make money.Not a bad app.

2. Let me preface this brief review by letting the reader know I have been using the Rapid Recon app for several years now and besides a few glitches here and there, it's been a pretty great tool... But the recent update is a total step backwards.

3. I thought xtime was bad as far as a waste of time.Horrible app!!! They need to go back to the old version!! It freezes up, takes forever to log in, it won't show my cars in the approval step.

4. I had the original and this new one is nasty! Most recent "requires update" but it is updated and won't let me update! I miss the days before I had to use this app for work.

5. It's been 2 days now and I have to run to my computor to get a status update vs the standard phone QR Scanner.

6. As much as I love this program this new update took a step backwards.

7. The add pictures button is too close to the delete button.Have been using the app for quite some time now and now it won't allow me to log in.

1. Fix RR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RR" » Open RR - Dealer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RR - Dealer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RR - Dealer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RR not working

2. Fix RR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
