Why should I report an Issue with RadarOmega?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of SDSWeather to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I know it's pushed by a few YouTube channels, but trust me this isn't worth it unless you're larping as a meteorologist and don't have to pay taxes.Disappointed. Have to wait 10 seconds after leaving and coming back to the app (even after just multitasking), quad panel mode did not exist (even on desktop app), the "3D mode" is not a volume scan, it's just "brighter = higher", hard to find anything in the complicated UI, the satellite view leaves much to desire, moving the view was incredibly stuttery, drawing only shows up on one screen.

2. It's not for the average Joe just looking at the radar before leaving for work (get something free for that) but if you are a Chaser or just an enthusiast in general, it is worth every penny! The last update made some of the menu features hard to navigate, but they have guides for that.

3. Maybe a 5 day trial version might help us decide if the app is right for us.I find the high quality imaging, the variety of available imaging, radar and satellite both, useful.

4. 4) Radar smoothing is not available for tilts 2 thru 4, for those like me living at higher altitudes.Great functionality for the price.

5. It's worth it for the $10 download, not so much for a subscription.App has great innovations, but is still too difficult to use compared to other radars: 1) Takes too long to load (1 to 2 minutes).

6. In addition, when switching radar sites or between radar features (reflectivity/velocity/CC,/Echo tops, etc.), sometimes the images don't load.

7. There are better radar apps out there for those who simply want to see what's coming.Minimal base features for the price.

8. However, after download of version 5, I'm no longer able to draw (using the draw tool) a circle around velocity couplets and switch to CC, to compare any possible CC drops with couplets.

9. I can see more with a free app I've had for years than this unless I pick a subscription tier for features that a Google search can do better.

1. Fix RadarOmega Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RadarOmega: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RadarOmega App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RadarOmega" » Open RadarOmega » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RadarOmega » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RadarOmega app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RadarOmega servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RadarOmega" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RadarOmega app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RadarOmega might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RadarOmega. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RadarOmega then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RadarOmega not working

2. Fix RadarOmega Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RadarOmega be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RadarOmega not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RadarOmega may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
