1. It's always worked in the past via the App.This company SUX! UNTRUSTWORTHY FRAUDULENT! Deserve negative stars! The employees in the mailroom CAN NOT GET THEIR HANDS OUT OF THE INTAKE SCAN!! You would think they want collectors with high-end items to become members, and they would help grade your collection reasonably, but they don't do anything for you.

1. Restart PSA | Card Grading Service: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PSA | Card Grading Service App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PSA | Card Grading Service" » Open PSA | Card Grading Service » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PSA | Card Grading Service » click "UPDATE".
