Just another way to rip people off.Absolute garbage the app hardly ever works have had vehicle towed twice due to it glitching and not saving the pass and also says there is a booking limit reached when it has not even been used for the household and if you contact them there is always nothing they can do about it no records kept or anything it's damn ridiculousThis app sucks, I tried to use it to register a visitor and at one point it would put the same car on their 3x as if I did it and wouldn't allow me to remove it.

It didn't have the tenet latest information that you can use, their apartment number, their phone number didn't work, to put you on the Ads.Why do you need to access my location, if I have to enter the information myself? Why can't I use the app without enabling location settings? You don't need that access, why should I give it to you?This app is finicky and rarely actually works.

3. There is no customer service because the 512 # in Austin is someone's personal # that never returns calls back, even to say wrong number.Great app, only problem is that when it shoes you the last vehicle you entered and you click it again, you have to reenter all the same info.

5. I register my car and recieved a parking permit number/this guest is approved and my car was still towed.
