1. This is likely a violation of 4th amendment rights by a non-government entity.Someone trying to clear their private info from a car needs to register their email with the app first?!? (Can you not see the dichotomy here?) Uninstalled right after installing.Edit: After an update by the developer, the registration process now works! I have yet to test the functionality of the software but I'll be sure to do so the next time I have a rental car!Completely useless.
2. Speaking of money, do not waste any of it on buying more "resets" since it does the same thing for all cars. Why does it say that you're app "collects photos and videos" from the user and that it shares said photos/videos, along with location and personal info? Seems to me like that defeats the point of an app whose sole purpose is to protect a user's privacy...App requires location data to be provided in order to function.
3. Given that I can find that information in a book called "THE OWNER'S MANUAL" the app is useless and a waste of time and money.
4. This app SUCKS! I downloaded it, registered, selected my specific car make and model, and TWICE it proceeded to give me the steps for the WRONG model! Your app used up my two free wipes using the WRONG car model, despite me specifically selecting the correct one.
5. Couldn't find the correct Navigation / Radio / HVAC system in my car.Could not get app to register account.
6. I must get the pin on a separate device or I go in CIRCLES!It's absurd that a privacy app requires an account with a privacy policy like theirs.
7. 😡All the app does it tell you how to do a factory reset to your infotainment system.
8. You DO NOT need this information to clear information from an infotainment system.
9. Galaxy s8.The app is useless as I cannot register with onetime pin.
10. I'm really p.o.'d about this and view this as deliberate by your app in an effort to force people to pay.
11. Just be upfront and make it clear that all people have to pay to use it if that is really what you're after.
