1. It test the hybrid system and HV battery to some level.Horrible app - it's squawking about 'OBDII doesn't fit for Prius custom protocol"?? Also doesn't like my "Generation" of Prius" (it's a fairly new one).

2. Shows some kind of Russian (ad?) with baby illo while running battery test.

3. The test gave my battery a "5 of 10" rating, but no hints as to if this is great or horrible.

4. If the test include HV battery life test i will rate this to be best app for hybrid car checking.

5. Shows some useful readouts, but overall, not all that useful.It's an easy to use app and the best free app to give some details around battery health.

6. It would be great if there is some detail around what a battery rating out of 10 means.

7. On diagnostic screen, it shows several trouble codes, but crashes app when I touch any of them.

8. Is it for life expectancy or capacity?This app give similar result to Dr.Pirus app.

1. Fix Prius Doctor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Prius Doctor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Prius Doctor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Prius Doctor" » Open Prius Doctor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Prius Doctor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Prius Doctor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Prius Doctor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Prius Doctor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Prius Doctor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Prius Doctor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Prius Doctor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Prius Doctor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Prius Doctor not working

2. Fix Prius Doctor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Prius Doctor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Prius Doctor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Prius Doctor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
