- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "bilou" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check bilou app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, bilou might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall bilou. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall bilou then reinstall.
