Passio GO! Customer Insights

1. Minus two stars for inconsistency and bugs. The idea of this app is great, and where it works, like showing the routes and tracking buses, its great.

2. The routes along with the busses and with it’s real time tracking system is inaccurate the majority of time.

3. If you are lucky enough to catch it on a day that everything is working, it still lags way behind the bus, takes forever to register the route you are looking for, and cannot save any of the routes.

4. There should be a feature where it shows the routes attached to a stop or hides the routes that aren't running on a specific day.Sometimes works.

5. It basically turns into a bad map.The app generally doesn't stay open more then a few seconds if you try and view too large an area, which is only necessary in the first place since the only way you can see when a bus is coming is to try and locate the bus icon on its route.

6. Bus routes that were changed and discontinued were not announced to riders via the app (if a route is favorited could that be incorporated into the favorites announcements?).

7. Developers are more likely to make improvements if the issues are being raised by the entities paying them. This app won't allow me to uncheck the routes I don't want to see.

8. Honestly, quite useless.Very difficult to change between routes, especially when there is a different bus route for each day of the week.

9. Tapping the stops themselves shows that there are no busses coming, which is totally untrue. It barley works.

10. On the majority of days you cannot select any route or bus at all because the toggle button pretend your finger isn't there.

11. However, it's not an easy app to figure out and most of the time there are very necessary features that don't work.
