1. Even bigger kids had a play! Lots of settings/options eg choose font; left handed; difficulty; formation style; voice off.1st time i found a game that is perfect my stubborn 4yrs old.

3. it is more fun using on my cellphone with my stylus because it allows him to write , but without a stylus he uses his fingertip and that allows him to get a feel for his letters.

4. Is there an older version I may use for my 2015 device?Excellent app for preschool children to learn letters and numbers.

1. Fix LetraKid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LetraKid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LetraKid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LetraKid" » Open LetraKid: Writing ABC for Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LetraKid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LetraKid: Writing ABC for Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LetraKid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LetraKid: Writing ABC for Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LetraKid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LetraKid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LetraKid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LetraKid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LetraKid not working

2. Fix LetraKid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LetraKid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LetraKid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LetraKid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
