Why should I report an Issue with MandalaKit?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

1. The tutorial is clear but the placement of the gui when you delete or edit something, the control bar (at the bottom of the screen, in the android or linux system) is blocking it! It's like you've never touched nor seen a linux operating sysrem before? Remember, most androids have their control bars at the screen..The game is unplayable, as I have the three button setup for my tablet (the circle, square and triangle/back button) so everytime I try to edit a Mandela the edit button is right under the circle so it exits the app to my homescreen, same issues when creating my own, as all the toggles etc are at the bottom and instead of selecting stuff, it thinks I'm trying to exit the app or go back a screen.

2. I hope to see an update soon I love this app and would love to use it again.It doesn't work on the samsung note 20 ultra, due to where the buttons are at, since they are right under the app tab, home, and back buttons on the phone.It has been a while since I used this.

3. I wish the premium gave more options like shapes, not only slots and layersThe app crashes on the splash screen on Android 12 so I can't even use it.

4. There doesn't seem to be any hope, uninstalling.It sure looks very interesting but I'd like to give constructive criticism: So, when I opened the app, it looked nice and well.

5. The various controls are too close to the android phone controls, which makes this app unusable.

6. It has templates and then you must use their shape tools to change aspects of the mandala template and add or change colors.

1. Fix MandalaKit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MandalaKit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MandalaKit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MandalaKit" » Open MandalaKit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MandalaKit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MandalaKit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MandalaKit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MandalaKit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MandalaKit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MandalaKit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MandalaKit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MandalaKit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MandalaKit not working

2. Fix MandalaKit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MandalaKit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MandalaKit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MandalaKit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
