1. Kindly sort this if possible, otherwise shut it down.A basic app,.. that's showcases bike & owner details... my previous service history is not showing up in the app(this should be reflecting from my suzuki dealer)... Schedule maintenance is not showing up in app, keeps on rotating.... Need more enhancement and updation on app sections, where some replies "no data found"... Note: Everyone need to signup before getting OTP to sign-in the app...Seems the app is no longer functional and the corresponding servers have been taken offline and hence unable to login nor register in the app.
2. Expect suzuki to rectify the issues with app and relaunch it for public usage.Sort out your technical glitches in the app! Doesn't allow me to submit rating, neither it's allowing me to book a service.
3. After the sign up process I tried to log in then it says user doesn't exist!! After that I tried to sign up again, then it notifies user already exists!!! The app developers need to eat well and take sufficient amount of rest."The app says user already exist when trying to register.
4. There is no option to reset." Sorted now but now it crashes when trying to book a service appointment.Hey Suzuki, i just wanna suggest you to please make usable.
5. Sadly I give up.I'm an existing registered on Suzuki Two Wheeler Service App in the beginning of 2021.
6. The error I'm getting is “Network Request Failed” even though I'll try with mobile internet or even a wifi with strong connectivity.
7. I'm going to drop an email + on twitter.This app is of no use, I'm never able to book a service through this app.
8. Even If I connect this app through my Data Connection or Wifi, this app still shows "Can't connect to the servers" error.
9. If I try booking service, it's asking me to rate the previous service first.
10. The app dev does not bother to fix the issue neither the Suzuki management.
11. I did try and it doesn't go forward after clicking submit.Installed and had it for almost 2 months but I had to remove it as I consider this app a junk.
