1. Still needs improvement... There are issues with the time zone, telephone registration doesn't work properly, errors on the screen on the bike don't show on the test (everything seems ok ), the settings are limited (you should be able to limit the speed or change the ride mode from the app), the personaization of the bike trough the app us almost zero... You can not save anything on the map... Can't plan any route... Lots of things to be improved. The app easy don't get me wrong.
2. Also I feel the new update glitched out some of the bikes speed.App should be able to change the speed settings like other scooter brands offer as when pressing the power button it's very hard to get the settings to change just turns light on or change it from mph to kmh then back to light off and on please update app to be able to change the speed settings make life easier for people ! Other then that's scooter is very very good 👍Great app 😂 Unfortunately, the NIU N-GT Sport battery broke after one year in use.
3. (Other apps and browsers work fine, but this app says "Network error, unable to access information" and doesn't allow scooter control.) 1.
4. App is still a bit confusing and badly desinged but it's being improved slowly (added 1 star Jan 23), and the bluetooth function I wouldn't dream of using to auto turn the bike on or off because they cant design reliable software.
5. Why does it not work when I'm connected to WiFi? I restarted my phone, but it still doesn't solve the network error issue when on WiFi.
6. I can't correct my time on the bike nor change kilometers to miles per hour.
7. Sometimes it could show one location for hours even though it is being actively driven.Got the scooter secondhand, and am unable to register my device in the app because I don't have the original sale receipt.
8. The alerts and notifications are rubbish and don't work well, so they are all disabled.Notifications are always late, some don't even arrive at all (battery saving options on the phone are completely off).
9. Some of the screens go to Chinese which doesn't work for this market, but I am assuming the European and US markets are not as big as the Asain market.
10. It did take me a few to figure out how to change to mph, but that was mostly just a hard ui to navigate. As for the latest cycle, the MQI GT EVO the software application is barely useful at all.
11. I get the impression that the latest bike was pushed out without a matching application.
