1. Absolutely one of the worst apps I've ever tried!The app works fine for the most part let's you pay your insurance, but recently my last 2 payments, charged over what the app said the payment total would be it's only supposed to be a 2% surcharge and I'm having up to $10 extra being charged passed what they tell me the total is with the surcharge not sure if that's a glitch but it's happened with my last 2 insurance payments I feel like I'm having money taken that isn't supposed to be taken out the extra isn't even applying to balance totalI am also unable to log in, changed passwords several times.

2. Get your self a better more reputable insurance provider and stay away from ocean harbor.What is the deal with this app..??? I've uninstalled and reinstalled serval times.. and I go to sign into... it keeps saying errors.. how in the hell is someone suppose to use this damn thing when they can't..??? Y'all really shouldn't have some app that doesn't even work properly available to download... IT DON'T WORK..!!Have tried multiple times to sign in to my account but won't let me.

3. Tried installing multiple times.Can't pay your bill through your checking account, everything is money...that's really suck, and so is this app...I pay my insurance every month on this app.

4. They trally need to check things out for there customers.Tried creating an account several times and got nowhere !!! Even deleted and reinstalled app .

5. Then if you try to reset or create password through your browser on their website it spits out error messages about the password not matching no matter how many times you try or different password combinations you use.

6. How am i suppose to print my insurance card if i cant get into my account.

7. Terrible! If it were possible I'd rate zero stars, because the app is absolutely impossible to use! It requires a password, but won't let you create one.

8. Have never been able to sign in and always have to call to pay my insurance.

9. Keeps saying email and password don't match.

10. I'm trying to create an account but it won't go to the next step.

11. I just going to find a new insurance company all together.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Pearl Policy Issues

1. Fix My Pearl Policy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Pearl Policy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Pearl Policy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Pearl Policy" » Open My Pearl Policy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Pearl Policy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Pearl Policy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Pearl Policy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Pearl Policy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Pearl Policy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Pearl Policy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Pearl Policy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Pearl Policy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Pearl Policy not working


2. Fix My Pearl Policy Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Pearl Policy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Pearl Policy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Pearl Policy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
