Why should I report an Issue with Tanglero?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Very disappointed.I haven't actually done anything with it yet, but the designs are enchanting!I'm giving 5 stars because it is good and simple to do i am requesting that Do more there is only 20...i want more...Too few tangles, even if you purchase the packsDoesn't launch if offline.The app needs data for you to use it.The app shows you a few tangles you can draw and that's it.

2. It doesn't give you any value.I find Tanglero incredibly useful by its very simplicity.I don't want to watch videos, I just want step by step images and have it all neatly organized.

3. You can Google zentangle and find 1000s of tangles or doodles that show the steps for free.

4. It doesn't provide anymore instruction than you can easily find with every zentangle online.

5. Then it has some packages with more doodles you can buy, that are again easy to find free online.

6. You can find them on Ins+agram and see people actually drawing them on Y0utube.

7. It looks like you can play a game and draw on the screen if you have an s-pen.

8. Screenshots show gameplay.. mine doesn't work.

9. I wanted to be able to look at the design and practice drawing in app.

10. Tried to make game mode work.

11. Too bad they are only photos to copy.Read description 3 times before I went ahead and downloaded.

1. Fix Tanglero Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tanglero: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tanglero App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tanglero" » Open Tanglero » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tanglero » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tanglero app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tanglero servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tanglero" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tanglero app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tanglero might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tanglero. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tanglero then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tanglero not working

2. Fix Tanglero Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tanglero be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tanglero not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tanglero may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
