That is not a pleasant sound.Excellent and funso far the app isnt working... it is "unable to procces my request" when I try to sign in... asks me to try again later... been trying for 4days now to use the app.I'm enjoying this app as another way to study actively instead of just flashcards.Great mobile study app, just wish it was free after your Basecamp trial ends.This app provides some good motivation to keep studying!If you love competition, then this is a great way to learn.

2. It's fine when I'm getting answers correct but is inconvenient when I get answers wrong.I wish I could say this app is perfect but for the questions using symbols for less than/greater than I often get them wrong because they show up as code instead of >.

3. Not working I called score builders as the app wasn't available for my phone they ended up fixing it and now a few weeks later the app has a bug and I can't use it 😕Listening to music while learning the material is almost impossible on this app.

4. When I get a question wrong it pauses the music in Spotify even when I turn off arena's in-app sounds and music.

5. Otherwise this app is perfect for studying the NPTE.Excellent app.

1. Fix Basecamp Arena Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Basecamp Arena: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Basecamp Arena App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Basecamp Arena" » Open Basecamp Arena » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Basecamp Arena » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Basecamp Arena app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Basecamp Arena servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Basecamp Arena" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Basecamp Arena app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Basecamp Arena might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Basecamp Arena. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Basecamp Arena then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Basecamp Arena not working

2. Fix Basecamp Arena Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Basecamp Arena be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Basecamp Arena not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Basecamp Arena may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
