1. It doesn't do much good at all because you can't sort, filter, or even display just the work orders you need to see or which ones are assigned to which technicians.We use this in our Auto Shop.

2. I love the concept of not having to leave manager se to see the inspection and where they are in it but over all you cant add additional parts or add on to the part total from the tablet.

11. That makes sense, however there's so many things you could do with this that wouldn't compete, instead compliment.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ProSpect Issues

1. Fix ProSpect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ProSpect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ProSpect App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ProSpect" » Open ProSpect for M1-SK » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ProSpect » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ProSpect for M1-SK app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ProSpect servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ProSpect for M1-SK" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ProSpect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ProSpect might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ProSpect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ProSpect then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ProSpect not working


2. Fix ProSpect Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ProSpect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ProSpect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ProSpect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
