1. What I do have an issue with is in the middle of using this a box comes up asking if I want to upgrade? I hit cancel (only options are cancel and continue) upwards of 20X before the box will go away! I can't resume until it's gone! Annoying and frustrating! Makes me NOT want to use this app at all.Thank you for this great app! I use it to try new combinations when I am stuck with my drawings.

2. I'm aware that we can buy our way out of this frustration, but the extremely short usage time in the free version is an off-puttingly aggressive marketing strategy.This app is very helpful to get in the general color range especially for a beginner.

3. It's a great concept and I think it could be a really useful tool but the crashing and having to watch an ad again and again to get the third color option is really frustrating.

4. The fact that we can only access the third color of three in the target area for about five minutes after having watched an ad to gain this access, however, makes the app very frustrating to use.

1. Restart Colored Pencil Picker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Colored Pencil Picker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Colored Pencil Picker" » Open Colored Pencil Picker: The Ult » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Colored Pencil Picker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Colored Pencil Picker: The Ult app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Colored Pencil Picker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Colored Pencil Picker: The Ult" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
