Why should I report an Issue with AeroWeather?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Lakehorn AG to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Kind of useless when you want an updated forecast.Generally very good BUT in the evenings (London GMT) one tries to get updated metar's but I routinely get a message "no connection" and 5 minute delay before the screen updates *note I'm aware of metar's updates are only several times an hour*.

2. Now the weather reports and forecasts aren't updating as regularly anymore, used to be almost immediate after the local reports were released, now it takes more than a day sometimes.Nice app.

3. Widgets work great!Decent, but for some reason, it doesn't update the TAFs in any reasonable timeframe, while it does so for iOS.

4. It would be nice to be able to sync data between both platforms too.Good, but the widget doesn't load any data, just endlessly loads.

5. Please sort it as its frustrating while trying to flight plan on the go.Normally a great app but as of March 2023 at, what I'm guessing are, peak times weather not is updating.

6. It's pretty tiny compared to other apps at the same font scale.Started out as a nice app, but lacking certain functions I've seen an available only for IOS.

7. *Edit, I'm an idiot and was trying to have the app show the wrong airport (one that doesn't have any weather reporting).

8. I found out about it from a fellow crewmember and have since recommended it to others.Long time user of the iPhone version, now switched to Android for a bit.

9. Very frustrating especially when having paid for the pro version.Excellent app for finding METAR and TAF information.

10. I would like to see an option for the widget to display the digital ATIS.Airport TAF/METARs not loading and not auto syncing.

1. Fix AeroWeather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AeroWeather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AeroWeather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AeroWeather" » Open AeroWeather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AeroWeather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AeroWeather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AeroWeather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AeroWeather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AeroWeather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AeroWeather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AeroWeather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AeroWeather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AeroWeather not working

2. Fix AeroWeather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AeroWeather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AeroWeather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AeroWeather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
