1. You will gain experience in measuring light levels, volumes, and temperatures with the three sensor pods, and learn about the physics behind light, sound, and heat.
2. Continue to use the sensors to capture data that lets you care for your creatures, feed them, play with them, create habitats for them, and generate more creatures โ all the while developing an intuitive sense of the different measurements you are taking with the sensors.
3. Or, a low light level captured by the light sensor might yield a creature with huge eyes to see better in the dark, while a high sound level reading might result in a creature with tiny ears.
4. The core of this science kit is an app-based video game in which you use real-world sensor data that you collect from your environment to generate a diverse array of creatures.
5. In a pretend bioengineering lab inside the game, you play the role of a scientist who uses readings taken from three physical sensor pods outside the game.
6. Demystify abstract physics phenomena like light, sound, and heat as never before โ with this highly innovative, gamified sensor physics lab.
7. The sensor data dictates the different attributes your bioengineered creatures will have.
8. Learning physics comes alive as you see the tangible results of your sensor experiments.
9. It is only in combination with the Sensor Pods and the Base Station from the experimental kit that all app functions can be used.
10. Create, collect, play with, and take care of your creatures in the app.
11. The readings are then transferred into the game via the base station.
1. Otherwise, my son, Ryan, loves this and plays with it every day! This has been very trying! This app keeps asking for a PIN to pair with the monster maker, but I have no PIN??It won't let me tap on the thnig next to the Bluetooth.๐ค๐๐ can you please fix this glitchIt's very boring plus I have to actually HAVE the things with buttons on them to actually play the game!!I'm not happy with this game it keeps restarting the tutorial I like the game design but still not happydidn't know it was for a game system.
2. Customer service rep was awesome as well.Won't pair with the base...bluetooth sees the device, but you have to pair during the tutorial, and it doesn't do anything or go any further, just blinks green on the base.
3. I had several issues on an older kindle fire tablet (2 years old) but on my lg phone (2 years old) and my daughters kindle fire (1 year old) it worked perfectly.
4. Drains battery power quick and I had to reset the phone prior to use of the game.
5. Please helpReally great idea, making this game.
6. Great game.
7. No idea yet on how it works for other platforms and phones.
8. What I wish would change, though, was that there was no way to skip the tutorial.
9. super disappointed and frustrated.
