1. Such a bad Rental Service for Rideshare.Awesome experience when driving with the Kinto Uber Ride Share Program (when vehicles are available)!!! I would recommend them over HERTZ & or any another ride share program because the process is easy, no deposit, and nice & decent vehicle models to reserve.
2. It feels like they are purposely trying to trick you into reserving a car you don't want.Worst Rental Option if you using it for Uber! Specially in Bay Area! If the windshield got broken in the City, even if you paid for the insurance they will charged you $1000 for it when you returned it even you have a Police Report and they will suspend your account.
3. I went the whole rental period not being able to use it and continued problems getting them to pick up the vehicle until today 11/28.
4. I totally love the customer service representatives because they're informative, multi-taskful, attentive, respectful, kind, & very patient! Thanks again for your services & efforts in making my 1st experience THE BEST! God bless. Please!! if you rent a car.
5. I recommend renting from a company that allows phone calls for support and actual keys so this doesn't happen. It's been a struggle to just sign up.
6. The customer service tried their best but I won't be renting again. The onboarding process has been a nightmare.
7. At the time of pick up, I was not informed of any pre-existing damages on the vehicle, which made it difficult for me to determine whether any of the small dings were a problem.
8. Most rental companies mark out certain scratches with stickers or something on the vehicles to show that it's already been damaged.
9. I literally ended up stuck outside of the car i rented in the rain with a customer's food order for about 20 minutes because the app would not connect to the car and i had to contact support.
10. I was on my way to return my rental when I witnessed a major accident involving 5+ cars.
11. Will update review if I ever finish signing up.Experience has been experience.
