Why should I report an Issue with Animatic?

1. Thank you for reading (PLEASE FIX THE TWO ISSUES 🙏)Hello! Just started using it and just like someone else mentioned this app does have great potential it just lacks some major features such as: ●I wish the canvas could rotate.

2. P.s I really hope it will have an update with such Features because I really like this app great for practicing Simple animations.I liked the style of animation, but there needs to be more collor options.

3. And, when u download the animation into a video/MP4, it turns to a black screen! I would love it if they could fix that :) Thanks!!!this app is great, besides the fact that it has barely any colors and whenever i save my creation and go to my gallery, it is just a black screen.

4. I don't know if any of these problems will change by buying the 'pro' version, but I'm not willing to pay to find out.It's good for practicing and putting ideas into motion but I cant export videos or gifs.

5. Its says my phone cant export videos and the gif option just goes blank and back to the menu.

6. Second, when I want to save my animation it says the app stops working and that is very bad so I should record my screen and then save it.

7. The one thing I wish they could add would be a color wheel and more pen sizes.

8. A color wheel should be added so we can have more diverse options.

1. Fix Animatic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Animatic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Animatic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Animatic" » Open Animatic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Animatic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Animatic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Animatic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Animatic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Animatic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Animatic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Animatic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Animatic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Animatic not working

2. Fix Animatic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Animatic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Animatic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Animatic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
