1. Ads, ads, and ads! It is a decent game for children, but so many ads turn the experience sour.Well it would be nicer if it had more to do like stocking and maybe even ordering merchandise for the store downloaded for my little cousin and honestly he got bored with it after about 15 minutes because all you do is dress up and act as a cashier I understand that's the point of the game but I think maybe it could use a bit more activity to itI thought this was a good game for children until I notices that what she is scanning the items at the check out and there is something on the barcode the cashier says this barcode is f**ked I do not think that is appropriate and the creator wants to sort it out my son is 3 and copys what the cashier says!!I love this game because my Little sister is learning so much about numbers! She has improved so much! And this app helps children to be a cashier too!...

Please update the game so that I can choose another clothes.nice game for kids!! and any ad comes because i subscribe (remove ads)I purchased the game for another Mobile and that mobile is dead now, I installed the game on a new mobile but it doesn't transfer my purchase and advertisement come again.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hippo" » Open Hippo: Supermarket cashier » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hippo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Hippo: Supermarket cashier app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hippo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hippo: Supermarket cashier" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Hippo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hippo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Hippo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hippo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hippo not working


2. Fix Hippo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hippo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hippo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hippo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
