I got two other app that teaches things but in different ways and they're better than thisIt's letting me login threw the portal to see the progress but everytime I login threw the app for my child to play it won't load and it says bad connection when I know it's not cause every other app I have loads just fine just having trouble with it today 😒!!!!Difficult to navigate as an educator.

2. 1 minor request is that you work on password manager integration; I tried to login with dashlane and it kept clearing the inputI am a teacher and parent, I need this app for my students I was able to download it successfully on my desktop, iPad and galaxy phone for use.

This is now my most dislike game ever, every time my son goes in it his whole tablet shuts off and won't turn and at first I thought it was the tablet,so I got 3 more tablets but then I realized it was the app so now I will not recommend this to anyone!😔Just did the update today and it won't let my child play.

4. Difficult for my families to use as the minimum device requirements are far greater than their devices! Needs a lot of changes to really be worth it!We were doing well with the app for the first week or so, then it locked us out.

1. Fix Ignite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ignite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ignite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ignite" » Open Ignite by Hatch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ignite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ignite by Hatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ignite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ignite by Hatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ignite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ignite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ignite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ignite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ignite not working

2. Fix Ignite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ignite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ignite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ignite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
