Why should I report an Issue with Aeris Pulse - Weather Threats?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of AerisWeather to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Would like to see a manual refresh ability for widgets and/or a setting to the update frequency.A very good weather app, with much detailed weather information provided.

2. Being able to storm track so well is so helpful, and the other weather data is so useful to get a sense of weather patterns.

3. I wish the user interface was updated, as well as the way the weather information is displayed.

4. LIVE Personal Weather Station information that is clear and concise.

5. Only complaint is that the swiping function isn't as straightforward as I'd like (maybe it's just my phone, but vertical swiping seems to require me to swipe over nearly my entire screen to get it to change the view).

6. I'd prefer it if it had some indication that there was more information available if I swiped in one direction or another - like a filled or unfilled circle.Exceptional app, simple yet powerful.

1. Fix Aeris Pulse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aeris Pulse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aeris Pulse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aeris Pulse" » Open Aeris Pulse - Weather Threats » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aeris Pulse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aeris Pulse - Weather Threats app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aeris Pulse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aeris Pulse - Weather Threats" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aeris Pulse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aeris Pulse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aeris Pulse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aeris Pulse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aeris Pulse not working

2. Fix Aeris Pulse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aeris Pulse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aeris Pulse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aeris Pulse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
