1. No matter the model it they all need to be on here, considering they are probably about 20K to 25K out of 40K on the road since a decent amount have been wrecked.Excellent company and insurance, i had a weather related high wind causing structure to damage 2 of my vehicles, they made claim simple and easy and got me set to get them back to their original condition.
2. A bit frustrated as a new member of Hagerty and the app does not workInclude the option to update my membership information manually, such as membership number.Wants me to buy drivers club again.
3. I logged out and even uninstalled the app but it still doesn't show my drivers clubIt was a 5 star but now it's bad I am logged in but it says I'm not a driver's club member & it wants me to buy the driver's club all over again when its already paid for.
4. Consider updating this function to be more seemless for the user.It does not recognise my email to which my account is attached, the "help" within the app does not work.
5. So I don't have access to the services I need like towing..... a few days later app fixed now I can 5 star it 👍🏼It has the Pontiac G8 but not the base model.
6. If you need classic car insurance, I suggest you give hagerty a call.
7. When I try to contact someone in regards to these issues, the contact link does not work.

9. Basically it does not work at all.
10. After signing in to the app, it wants you to sit through an automated call system.
