Why should I report an Issue with WikiGame - A Wikipedia Game?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Franco Yoav to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. (how am I supposed to go to the "Linux gaming" article if the link doesn't appear in the "Linux" article?)Very cool principle, brain killer game, BUT... Loose a lot of points for displaying ads randomly while you are playing even when you play against time + the fact that the ads are about porn.

2. Developers seem active so there's a good chance any potential issues will be taken care of (if there are any left).Cool game, I wish I could see which articles I visited on a level when I've finished it though.

3. I don't want to be pressured for time when I'm trying to turn learning into a fun game.You can't see the history of your games and how many steps/points did you get for each one.

4. Edit 2: The "go to main article" links that exist under some categories on some articles don't appear.

5. If you're boasting that we'll learn as we go, maybe don't put an acitve counter at the top of the screen showing how long you've spent on an article.

6. It doesn't finish if you reach the target article when coming from an article that redirects you there.

7. Everything is nice outside of the fact you're also timed for getting to the end article.

8. States username is taken after re-installation and won't allow username re-registration.Been too long since I tried this app so my review is probably outdated.

9. /EDIT : I'M NOT COMPLAINING BECAUSE THERE ARE ADS BUT BECAUSE ADS ARE DISPLAYING WRONG AND MESSING UP WITH THE GAME.

10. Use ads if you want to but use them right, ie by not ruining the game experience on the process 🙄Slick UI.

1. Fix WikiGame Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WikiGame: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WikiGame App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WikiGame" » Open WikiGame - A Wikipedia Game » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WikiGame » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WikiGame - A Wikipedia Game app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WikiGame servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WikiGame - A Wikipedia Game" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WikiGame app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WikiGame might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WikiGame. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WikiGame then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WikiGame not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WikiGame be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WikiGame not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WikiGame may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
