1. You will be charged if no one picks up that car within 12 hours and then gets a ticket they will charge you the ticket! They do not have it in their agreement and they have horrible customer service and a terrible chain of command established.Wonky app that doesnt work properly.
2. When the app was updated to allow new payment info and I followed up with Support, they said a suspension on my account would be removed in 10 minutes but it's still there days later.
3. However, the app does not display payment details or provide any way to change payment methods so it was really confusing if it had my credit card or not.
4. Getting customer service to address my complaints and issue a refund of the trip I didnt take has been slow.
5. Impossible to sign up for an account with credit card information and then they won't explain why they've declined application.
6. For nearly a year I was unable to change my payment method over the app or the phone (they told me I could come to their DC office).
7. It somehow remembered the credit card information I tried to enter a few days ago.
8. I could have kept the car for three more hours for the same price if either the policy was clear or the app told you the fare.
9. Would recommend! App looks great and I really would like to try the service but I am unable to complete the registration.
10. I can't even finish the sign up online.Edit: Somehow the app finished my registration a few days later.
11. Didnt find out until 2 days later and someone had racked up 200+ dollars of charges on my account.
