1. For the person to give this app a 1 star because he demo'd the app and couldn't figure out his Android to enable rotation, you should stay far away from any automotive aftermarket product.

2. Needs data logging function & needs an easy way to enable recording of the screen when observing gauges or the diagnostic screen.

3. Needs the ability to check settings without having to be connected to the ECU which means maintaining a copy of the database on the phone or tablet.

4. CPU is still learning but overall amazing!!!Great product driven by this app, if it were for purchase I'd pay it.

5. One thing I would like to see worked on is dashboard/gauge customization, as well as having it work better in split screen.

6. Nate is the man! Edelbrock seems to be improving the system such as can bus gauge(s) addition.

7. If you actually bought the system that included the tablet, the app would rotate for you.This system works well for me.

8. It is hard running something like maps and the Edelbrock at the same time as it cuts off the Edlebrock app instead of resizing and adjusting to the new size/ratio.

9. Seems that you guys stopped developing fixes and upgrades to this product.

1. Fix E-Tuner 4 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart E-Tuner 4: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the E-Tuner 4 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "E-Tuner 4" » Open E-Tuner 4 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for E-Tuner 4 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear E-Tuner 4 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from E-Tuner 4 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "E-Tuner 4" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check E-Tuner 4 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, E-Tuner 4 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall E-Tuner 4. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall E-Tuner 4 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing E-Tuner 4 not working

2. Fix E-Tuner 4 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make E-Tuner 4 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to E-Tuner 4 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, E-Tuner 4 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
