1. Exactly what I needed! I love the pallet options, you can design either in hex grid or square, and it has the capability of doing HUGE canvases! It has crashed a couple.of times, so make sure you save often, but other than that, it's amazing! Thank you!I feel that I may just not understand how to use it.. but I can't seem to make the beads the shape of an actual bead.. it automatically makes them a perfect circle, not an oval like a seed bead.. this makes it useless to me.It's a great app to for beading design.

2. Unfortunately, I cannot edit it's scheme colour, how do I delete a colour in a scheme?I love it! Easy to use, playback is awesome! My bracelets have come out perfect everytime.I try to finish placing colors and to cut down extra length but it will not let me do either.Fun to play around with, but too limited for much actual design work.Can't get any colours other than a black - grey - red option.

1. Fix Beads App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beads App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beads App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beads App" » Open Beads App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beads App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beads App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beads App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beads App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beads App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beads App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beads App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beads App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beads App not working

2. Fix Beads App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beads App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Beads App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beads App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
