1. I'm surprised that a company like Porsche, with a reputation for high quality and precision, would allow that reputation to be tarnished by unreliability and poor customer service.App works poorly, akin to 0.1v beta iteration, certainly not ready for production.

3. 5 minutes before my scheduled delivery/flip I was told via phone call that there was no vehicles in stock and there will be a month+ wait, that's more of an issue from manu and not all but wanted to mention it.Completely unreliable rental service.
4. Luxury rentals require flawless digital experienceGarbage.. everytime I try and choose a car.. it goes "oops something went wrong" yeaa.. your developers are WRONG.
5. I enter my zip and apparently I'm not in a service area, despite thinking I may rent when travelling, so I enter my email to stay informed but when I submit my info the app just goes back to the prior step.App is really terrible and barely works.
6. Refreshing or going back loses state, driver's license OCR fails and cannot proceed, address fields are repeated unnecessarily and not saved or validated correctly.
7. Not a great user experience.Does nothing but say something went wrong.
8. When choosing vehicle from Rental list, always says 'oops something wrong'.
9. If you call the 1888 number under Contact Us, nobody picks up the phone nor is there VM.
10. No way get past whatever went wrong.Glitchy app.
11. Both reservations I've made have been cancelled without notice less than 48 hours before the reservation date.
