Why should I report an Issue with WeatherLink?

1. Would be nice if you were able to organize the station data based on your individual needs as well plus chart info beyond 24hr rain/solar.the Jan 4 2021 update has slightly modernized the look of the app., but seems to have changed something with how it charts data.

2. People buy your relatively expensive Davis equipment, then you want to charge them extra to allow app access to real-time data from the equipment they've purchased from you! How can that seem right?!!Extreme weather records and graphs are now fixed.

3. Now it's more like 4 hours, or none, or maybe it just doesn't pull data overnight? Rather annoyed...You've updated the app (09.01.23) and yet there's still no way to remove a weather station that went offline several months ago - there isn't a way to delete it from favourites.

4. The workaround above is the only way I can get it to work.Nice app that allows me to see the data from my weather station on my phone.

5. It doesn't retain the information on the screen.Very annoying that there seems to be no way of updating the display without going back to the list of stations and then selecting the station again.

6. Previous edition would chart 24 hours of data for temp., rain, wind, and barometer.

7. Otherwise, it is my favorite weather app thus far after many years of searching.Yearly rain total shows 0 which is very wrong.

8. Also splash screen temp often differs from temp shown in app (even after waiting for the splash screen to update).Last update was strange: it tried to ask me for my credentials again.

9. Update 11/2/18: Yearly rain total appears to be fixed, but I wish there was a rain total since midnight (daily).

10. Why????? I was able to see my stations historical data with the original Weatherlink.

11. Useless... Update 9/23: I discovered that after loading the app, if I click the plus sign at the very top left and add my station back in (I may have to back out once or twice and repeat), the app suddenly goes live.

1. Fix WeatherLink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WeatherLink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WeatherLink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WeatherLink" » Open WeatherLink » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WeatherLink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WeatherLink app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WeatherLink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeatherLink" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WeatherLink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeatherLink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WeatherLink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeatherLink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WeatherLink not working

2. Fix WeatherLink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WeatherLink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WeatherLink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WeatherLink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
