Why should I report an Issue with ComicRack?

1. Like others have said, it can't do a library on your sd card, its PC sync function is buggy, and it can't handle files that most other modern comic reader apps have no issues with.

2. It's false advertising.Great app! If I could make one feature suggestion? For double pages, could you put something like a thin line down the right edge to indicate that you are looking at the left side of a double page? I often won't realize it and start reading down the page instead of to the right.You cannot sync over the net.

1. Fix ComicRack Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ComicRack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ComicRack App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ComicRack" » Open ComicRack » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ComicRack » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ComicRack app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ComicRack servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ComicRack" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ComicRack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ComicRack might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ComicRack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ComicRack then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ComicRack not working

2. Fix ComicRack Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ComicRack be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ComicRack not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ComicRack may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
