Why should I report an Issue with ComicRack Free?

There are several other readers which don't have this kind of problem.If this supported solid CRB it would be the best app for comic book reading, but for what it does support n the fact it doesnt have pop up adds even on the free app, this is definitely my go to app for comic book reading, the comics look crystal clear n the interface is intuitive, it organises comics in the correct order n remembers where u got to in the comics too, can't recommend enoughGreat app.

2. This app has seemingly been abandoned but I would love to see the dev come in and revamp this thing along with the PC version.Best comic book app on android.

3. Get the paid app if you can spare the cash since this free version places a banner over the bottom portion of the comic you're reading which, after you close, will that will pop up again after three pages.

4. This has been my preferred program on PC and packed full of good features but I would like to be able to start using a program without to much trouble.I dropped it to one star only because it's been 4 years since an update.

5. Too bad, because this is still the best comic reader for android there is.Instead of making guides to figure out how to use your app, why dont you make it more user-friendly? It's unnecessarily complicated to just add comics to the library and to organize them how we would like.

6. You won't notice it if there are no speech bubbles at the bottom of the page that you want to read, but if there is it's really annoying.This is one of the worst comic reading apps I have ever encountered.

7. Doesn't allow you to configure or change display options and the annoying "I'm going to make your life a living nightmare by displaying two pages on every screen and not allow you to change it" is really bad app coding.

8. This was one the go to comic reading app combined with the PC version you had the ultimate combination.

9. I already have my comics ready in a folder to access for reading but I don't get to use it with this program.

10. The Android app has not been updated since 2014 and the desktop app sinds 2016 I think.

1. Fix ComicRack Free Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ComicRack Free: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ComicRack Free App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ComicRack Free" » Open ComicRack Free » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ComicRack Free » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ComicRack Free app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ComicRack Free servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ComicRack Free" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ComicRack Free app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ComicRack Free might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ComicRack Free. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ComicRack Free then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ComicRack Free not working

2. Fix ComicRack Free Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ComicRack Free be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ComicRack Free not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ComicRack Free may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
