1. Developers need to fix the issueIve used this before.. didnt want to save videoe for me.. now I'm trying to use kt again.. on a new device.. says it's compatible.. but ive accepted all access on my device to the app... But the second I click it, it tries to open but just shuts down right away... Does this device accept other apps?? Because the app that supposed to come with it does not work for me.. so my purchase has been a waste of money.. its been many months since I have been able to use it.Is there a trick to making this app work consistently? I've had cam for 3 weeks, and I've been able to be connected to app for 15min at most before it just closing.

2. The view on full screen mode is zoomed it.Cannot display video in camera browser, difficult to choose video when u want to save in local files.Apps close by itself.

3. After updating to the 2nd version, the app connects to the camera through wifi connection but doesn't show videos or images recorded.

1. Fix Car_DVR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Car_DVR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Car_DVR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Car_DVR" » Open Car_DVR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Car_DVR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Car_DVR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Car_DVR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Car_DVR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Car_DVR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Car_DVR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Car_DVR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Car_DVR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Car_DVR not working

2. Fix Car_DVR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Car_DVR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Car_DVR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Car_DVR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
