Some like to read genres that others don't, so it be better to have free tickets available for the stories individual users are reading to have a chance to finish stories or continue them.Not many genres though, all the comics have pretty great art, downside is its more expensive- the subscription could have better benefits.
2. I'll have to wait to use real money (I'm willing to do that BUT I don't always have that option).It's a great platform to support your favorite series! Love the ability to earn points for free, and there are many high quality comics available!! Love that they also have comics from different publishers like NetComics.

The prices for buying points are quite reasonable as well, and if you don't want to pay you can pick a game to earn rewards quite easily.I enjoyed the app and was quite intrigued by the story options, but the "Free Points" section, when I click on it, both the "Complete Offers" and "Watch adds" buttons are unclickable.
4. Like 30-50% of them it seems are the premise of "the female/male lead is a villain"It's a good app to read stuff and all, no problem with the stories, comics, novels and all.
5. Though the only reason I'm dropping it down to 4 stars instead of 5 is because, of the 20-30 comics I read, theres been a handful of comics that were translated into broken english and one or two of them are hard to read because of this.
6. For free, you can read one chapter of your comics every 24hrs.
7. EVERYTHING costs points per episode, which you get via ads, interactive ads, or money The only exception is some comics you can get one every 24 hours 2.
8. If you have a solution then 5I only just started using this app (I've peeked at it before but didn't really try to start any comics because I was reading other ones elsewhere).
9. The story I'm reading is good... but the earning points by watching ads feature is so inconsistent.
10. Between the 4000 points every month and the 30 free points ever day it really has improved quite a lot.
11. 😁👍It has so many great comics on it and ever since it started it membership plan I've enjoyed at all the more.

Today 4/19 at approximately 5:30 am I was trying to log out of the app and accidentally ordered 91000 points for 94.99. I do not want this purchase and it made my credit card overdrawn. I have already contacted my credit card company to refund the charge and I am asking you to refund the charges as well since I have not used any of the points. Thanks

I am writing to address the recent restriction placed on my account. As a newcomer to the platform, I was unaware of the rules and regulations and inadvertently posted content that violated your policies. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I have since reached out to YouTube regarding this matter, and they have advised me to seek approval from your end for the removal of the restriction. I understand that my actions were in error, and I assure you that they were not intentional.

I purchased two of the on sale points of 52,300 points but only received one bundle and was charged for both. I have the charge on my apple account but not on the tappytoon transaction history.

I earned points by signing up for the Marley spoon meal boxes. They never sent me a reward. I tried see if I could reapply for it, but the option was gone. I canceled the subscription, but they are charging me for the box. If I’m paying for the box, they are going to have to send me the points for going through the links… it was like 11,500 points….

Hello tappytoon, Between the dates of June 3 and June 7 I have noticed that you charged my tappytoon account twice. On June 3rd there was 2 $4.99 charges 1 $9.99 charge and 1 $1.99 charge that was charged to me at an equal payment of 21.96 that y’all were paid for and than on June 7 those same charges came out of my account when I had already paid for them. After the initial June 3rd payment only one charge should have been made to me which was the $15.99 payment. Instead $37.95 came out of my account. Now I know with the type of app you have it will be difficult to refund me my money so please give me the amount of tokens and points that are equal to those double charges. If you check my transaction history you can see that i didn’t do those extra charges I can send proof of need be. This has never occurred before and I really like this app and I have paid a lot of money for it so far so I would hate to have to delete it for this mistake. Thank you for your time.

Dear Tapoytoon Team;
I recently deleted my twitter account and had it connected to my tappytoon account, now when I go to login to my new account, it creates a new one on the page, but my old account continues to open in the application, what do I do? I can't change my twitter account? I reactivated my previous twitter account but the information was not recovered. In the application I still have my coins but in the browser it won't let me enter and it tells me "No account found with this email" PLEASE HELP, I don't want to lose my account.

Hey I really love your tappytoons in fact a lot of my money when in but the past two days I can't read a thing I mean I go on and half of the books are blank and when I can get in half of the material is not even there I don't know what caused this but I've tried everything I've tried resetting I've tried turning off and on what's going on

There was an internal error with the app, which caused it to reset all my bookmarked stories, purchased chapters, and tokens and points I had just bought. I have a bank statement to show I purchased them.
