CDK Connected Lot Customer Insights

1. You have to back out of the app entirely and relaunch it for it to start uploading photos.Frustrating managing photos, needs a scroll bar when reorganizing photos.

2. Took me 4 times as long as it should to rearrange photos, wouldn't use this if I didn't have to.

3. Very hard to scroll without grabbing a photo and moving it out of place.

4. When you check what's syncing, nothing is uploading.

5. Selecting the number organize only works sometimes, usually have to do it twice.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CDK Connected Lot Issues

1. Fix CDK Connected Lot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CDK Connected Lot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CDK Connected Lot App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CDK Connected Lot" » Open CDK Connected Lot » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CDK Connected Lot » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CDK Connected Lot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CDK Connected Lot servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CDK Connected Lot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CDK Connected Lot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CDK Connected Lot might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CDK Connected Lot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CDK Connected Lot then reinstall.
