1. One response said the newest 5.1.0 version should work, but it still shows the same error.as others said, any scheduled appt gets canceled, i had to reintall it due to bugs and when i tried to log in it said my pw was invalid, try to change the pw with the link they email and then it says the link is invalid!! tried CS and they said "they cant help so just make a new account with a new email address" RYFKM?! Not to mention they show offers on the app that apparently "dont exist" OH and the importing process is highly inaccurate as well.I went to the Firestone website as advised, filled out form to send email, referenced this review, & I got an email asking me to: "delete vehicles, delete app & reinstall app, then pretty much hope for the best".

2. One of the worst I've ever seen.Many errors, finally some of the service history is in my app but is missing over the last year's work, nothing after 5/2021, the import doesn't work with phone number or even invoice number.

Maybe it's just on mine but none of the service history is pulling over regardless of which phone number I use or if I punch in the invoice number and which store I shopped at.Can only schedule an appointment, if for some reason a service record is not recorded, it's basically lost forever.

4. I have to link to some other account which pushes me out to some other website where I need to link my accounts and it's just a nightmare to even get my billing info when it should be 1 click, enter number, done.

5. Most of us just want to import our service records that are saved on your servers, but cannot.

1. Fix My Firestone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Firestone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Firestone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Firestone" » Open My Firestone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Firestone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Firestone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Firestone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Firestone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Firestone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Firestone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Firestone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Firestone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Firestone not working

2. Fix My Firestone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Firestone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Firestone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Firestone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
