This app really drive me nuts, is not accurate, when you close the map and and reopen the app you have to set it up again and again and again and it keeps the map voice guide oppen so we hear many ladys talking also is really slow in every selection as well with the help section, you close the app and all progress you did its losed and im not talking about closing it completely, just to swap between apps in the phoneThe app is doing great.

2. They need to hire whoever designed Amazon Relay's system to help them outI downloaded the app followed the instructions gave very sensitive information and still have not heard back from anyone regarding my application.

6. Watched the app for 5 straight hours waiting on a load then got a notification of a load that never appeared on the app.

7. When clicked the notification button the load was accepted by another driver, so there is something wrong.

8. "denied permissions for photos" but those permissions don't exist can't enable them never denied them with new update.

9. No way of contacting anyone to find out the status or what the holds up is....Getting a black screen after signing up.

10. The one single time I was able to work on this platform, I had to figure out my issue myself.

11. This app is terriblesending photos through chat doesn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mothership Carrier Issues
