1. Can any body tell me how can i remove my Old Toyota car and keep the new one ? Because there's not one single option to remove any added veichle as if it's prohibited awkwardly ! What have you been thinking while developing this app people, not adding a (remove veichle) tool ?! Have you really forgot that ? Or is it hidden somewhere in Pharoh Tomb ? And why there's no 2021 Corolla on the list ? Have you stopped paying money to the developers since 2019 ?! This is totally ridiculous !It was working good, but after the update I can't sign in or even change password.

2. App is useless.very stupid, want to collect personal information, when you try to read terms , you find only the first pageSuddenly my car disappeared and when I try to add it again I can't find Corolla on the list.I downloaded it mainly to book maintenance appointment, but I couldn't.

3. It sends me the Verification code and when I put it, it says invalid code??!!The appointment booking is not responsive enough, still struggling with it ... the routine maintenance schedule is not uploaded per model per kilometers.

4. The system is not connected to the dealership data base!!!!I can't even select photos to upload my license and car license, so couldn't complete registration.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Toyota Issues

  4. Check My Toyota app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Toyota might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Toyota. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Toyota then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Toyota not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Toyota be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
