1. Unfortunately, all attempts resulted in the response ERROR "Vehicle information not found." As a consequence, there is no function.Created my account, added my vehicle but when I viewed the registration it was incorrect.

2. I uninstalled the app immediately because it didn't work!Were the app developers drinking when they created it? I tried to add my car, but keep getting "error, vehicle not found." Tried clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall twice.

3. The app gave an error message for both saying vehicle information not found.

4. Shortly thereafter I received an email from the developer asking for more information so that they could correct the error.

5. I renewed my yearly license tag online, but when you download the App, it doesn't even let you create a new account.

6. The error was fixed in less than 12 hours! This is the 1st time I've received an email regarding my issues.Download was easy from app store.

7. Nor can you screenshot it, then print because there is no zoom function and the image is displayed larger than the screen.It used to work great.

8. I created a login, then attempted to add a vehicle by entering my plate and title number.

9. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried again but got the same result.It's great some highschool student got to do an advanced version of a hello world app but maybe let their big brother polish it up some.

10. Trying to create a new account to use it but it keeps telling it cannot validate credentials.

11. Edit.. Moved up to a 3 star, after leaving it alone for a few min, and writing my review, it finally let me create an account.

1. Fix Auto Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Auto Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Auto Assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Auto Assistant" » Open Auto Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Auto Assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Auto Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Auto Assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Auto Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Auto Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Auto Assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Auto Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Auto Assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Auto Assistant not working

2. Fix Auto Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Auto Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Auto Assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Auto Assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
